Project background
A custom solution based on TALL stack (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel & Livewire) and the Filament component system.
The purpose of the site is to provide a web presence to support This is The Spot’s fast-growing social network presence. Due to the ephemeral nature of social network posts, it was important that the website acted as a high-quality showcase for the reactive and anxious dog-friendly accommodation as well as providing "bio-site" style landing pages for the various social networks.
The initial phase of the site is now live at: https://thisisthespot.dog/, with additional search and filtering capabilities planned for the future, once the number of accommodation listings has increased.
My responsibilities
I was responsible for defining the project requirements, selecting the most appropriate technical stack, estimation, development and project management, as well as the design and layout of the site, with the exception of the logo and palette.
